Dr Ebikinei Stanley Eguruze is currently an Academic Support Officer(ASO) at the.  School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Regent University, London,UK, having joined the team in February 2022. His work experience covers 16 years university lecturing experience(2005-to date) and 34 years of management positions(1988- to date), including 6 years of Associate Professorship at the American University for Leaders, (AUL), London, UK (2016 to date). He received his PhD in Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. Previously a Lecturer at the School of Marketing, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences at the Niger Delta University (NDU), Bayelsa State of Nigeria(2005-2017). His PhD thesis was in the area of Tackling Poverty in Bayelsa State of Nigeria, using a Marketing Technique (SMT). Besides academics, he had also taught professional qualifications, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Association of Business Executives (ABE), the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives(CILEX), as well as Post graduate diploma in Strategic Management in Leadership (Health and Social Care (level 7) industry. In addition, he has published a number of articles & four books entitled “Tackling Poverty” in Bayelsa State of Nigeria (2016, in the USA), and “Strategy for Tackling Poverty in Nigeria”(2017, in the USA), “Strategy for Tackling Poverty in Nigeria, 2 nd Edition”(2020, in Germany);and Strategy for Overcoming Poverty in Nigeria, (2021, in Port Harcourt, Nigeria). He is involved in the management of two journals: Founder/Editor-in-Chief/CEO, Journal of Youth an Community Development.
